Write to us at the address above about your data. Please don't use the contact form for data requests: messages sent through it go to an installer.

Only what you type into our forms: your business name, your name, email address, phone number and postcode, the answers you give about your premises and heating, and any message you write. We also record which page you sent the form from.

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our host, Netlify, processes your IP address to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.

We pass your enquiry to an independent MCS-certified heat pump installer that covers your area, so they can contact you about your premises, the Boiler Upgrade Scheme and a quote.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: answering the enquiry you chose to send us.

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which runs our forms and is based in the USA. We keep a copy of each enquiry in our own lead records.

The installer that receives your enquiry gets the details you submitted and handles them under its own privacy notice.

We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, then delete them.
